  Whatever.  Your mission, PUMA’s, should you choose to accept: be public in your derision of Oblam blam.  Let people know how much he sucks and why.  Have your reasons at the ready as to why you’d cast your vote for someone who’s policies are totally different than yours.  Try Bill’s Candidate X and Y…it’s a pretty good argument.  ;)  Rhodes schollar and all.

  Most importantly: never forget we’re fighting for the survival of our country.  Of democracy!  Yes, I’ma vote for the “animals” rather than Oblame her.  I hope you will as well, I hope you scream it from the roof-tops and persuade about 12 other people as well. 

  What the hell is going ON, I ask again!  This country is being turned into a dictatorship and we PUMAs, who seem to be the only people who have a problem with this, are called a fringe, lunatic group? (only millions of us, you know.)

  Also, Governor Rendell, of Pennsylvania, a once loyal Hillary supporter, sent out a letter to all the delegates in that state requesting that they NOT sign a petition lending their support to have Senator Clinton’s name placed in nomination as is the NORMAL operating procedure for democratic conventions!  Instead the Obama camp and the DNC continue to roll over the will of the American people and foist upon us an unelectable candidate over the experienced and capable leader mandated by the people.

  Sigh*  The fight goes on, but after all this time and there is continued subversion and abuse of our rights.   Here’s the letter I sent off to Governor Rendell today.  I hope you will join me in voicing your dissent at such bullshit rough-rider tactics as well.

Dear Sir,
 What, exactly, is your problem with a little thing called the democratic process?  I can not quite wrap my head around the betrayal you’ve perpetrated, against your state voters, Senator Clinton and the very principles Americans are so disgusted at having continually subverted: a fair and clear election process!
  By asking your delegates to refrain from signing a petition started and passed along by every-day American citizens in the interest of providing a candidate to represent them that their own political party allowed to be maligned, rail-roaded and abused, you effectively deliver to us a message that you encourage the continued subjugative efforts of the DNC, to the benefit of the GOP and indeed, in asking other people who are invested with representing the will of their voting block, you actively take steps in the wrong direction!
  We all continually get banged on the head about “unity” in this party and yet the democratic party continues to brush off their cold shoulder the right to vote for and give voice to the only candidate we believe is capable of bringing back health and prosperity to this nation!
  Shame on you, sir!  I would hope to hear of an immediate recind statement from you and a well-deserved apology delivered to America.

‘Last Stand’ Email Initiative For Puma Democrats Against Obama

Today, I am launching a ‘last stand’ email initiative for the Democrats and Independents opposed to Obama. Like the ‘Drill Now’ email initiative that we launched, the form below offers you a chance to mail multiple Supers with one easy click and a unified message to assure a roll call, and place Hillary Clinton’s name on the ballot. Additionally the form will allow you to continue to pressure the 543 Supers that we are targeting that have either committed to Obama or are still undecided.

Now here is the catch, we want to maximize the saturation of this message. But the problem with email lobbying is that the more people they target, the less effective they are. A majority of spam bots, blockers, and even your email software will automatically tag mass emails as spam. So when you mail 543 Supers you’ve already damaged the reach of your message just by pressing send. Additionally, as we began working on this idea several weeks ago and compiling the list, we found that many Supers, especially congressional Supers have multiple email addresses. For instance, Nancy Pelosi has 3 that are tested and possibly a fourth that we are waiting to see if it is still active. As a result the challenge that we have is that our program will not send out, or is not set up to effectively send mail to the 832 email addresses of the 500 Supers. Unlike our Energy initiative which is highly targeted, this list is simply too big.

In response, in order to achieve maximum saturation and maximum reach we are breaking up the email list into blocks of 10-15 email addresses. We can send out up 4 blocks per submission, so a reach of up to 60 delegates per submission. This assures that the messages are not tagged as spam, which they are not, and they reach the their intended audience. Every 3 days we will update the email list with 45-50 new addresses (we will continue to include certain Dem. Leaders such as Pelosi, Reid and Dean every cycle) so that by the start of the convention we have thoroughly saturated the targeted 543 delegates. So be sure to check back every 3-4 days and resubmit the form.

When you submit the form, an email is automatically generated and sent on your behalf, coming from your email address. Now it’s important to realize that you may receive auto-responses from some of the email addresses telling you to submit your email to another address. Don’t worry, the email has been sent to the other addresses as well. This form will send a unified message, with a unified tagline.

Now this effort will be time-consuming from my end and is likely to be fraught with challenges and increased costs from the software provider. My ability to maintain the updated list, address the technical challenges, and offset any additional costs rests purely in your hands. If you use the form, please be generous enough to make a small donation to offset our costs. I’m obviously not looking to make money, but I can also not afford to spend hours per day maintaining this effort and making sure that addresses are accurate without some offset. Obama WTF

  Details are:On Thursday, July 10th, Madame President and the Very Undistinguished Junior Senator from Illinois (otherwise known as “Junior”) will attend a joint stomach-turner — I mean fundraiser — in NYC. This will be a breakfast at the Hilton Hotel, 53rd St. and 6th Ave. in midtown Manhattan. Here’s the link to the event on Junior’s website:

The breakfast is scheduled to run from 7:00-10:00am. I don’t know if Hill and Jr. will be in the hotel already or if they are arriving early in the morning before the breakfast. I am tentatively planning to be outside at around 6:45am. I will probably stay for 45 mins. or so, and then I have to go to work. But if anyone wants to go earlier or stay later, whatever.

I doubt that we will be able to stand outside of the main entrance which is on 6th Ave. between 53rd and 54th St. They will probably have that roped off. I am planning on standing on the corner of 53rd St. and 6th Ave., nearest the main entrance. If that corner is not accessible, I will cross 53rd St. and stand on that corner. If that doesn’t work, I will try 54th St. My last resort will be across 6th Ave.

So, please just look for me. I will be very low-profile — just a “Hillary” button and some flyers. I will look for any Hillary supporters and PUMAs. This is an informal “action”, not much to organize, really.
  Let’s get this done!  I’m going to be driving in from an hour away, so rest assured, I’ll be sticking around for more than 15 minutes.  Who’s going to be there?  Let me know.  I’m also looking to pick up a passenger as traffic is sure to be a bear.  So if you’re between Central Islip and Manhatten, wanna go and would like to carpool, and don’t mind sexy convertibles…heh, let me know.
