Poor Pickles … “the most quintessentially American woman I know.”
Barack NObama said in an interview with Glamour Magazine that media attacks on his wife Michelle were “infuriating”. The comments came during an interview set to run in the October issue of the magazine. Obama is quoted as saying:
“What happened was that the conservative press—Fox News and the National Review and columnists of every ilk—went fairly deliberately at her in a pretty systematic way,”
Interesting how all of a sudden NObama has changed his position on the sexist media ganging up on women. He had no problem sitting back in silence when the media ganged up on Hillary Clinton during the primary. Oh that’s right, he benefited from that! The Obama double standard at work again. BO’s claim is that spouses are off limits. So why the silence when the media went after Bill Clinton? Oh that’s right, he benefited from that as well! At the time the Obama campaign and the media said that Bill Clinton was fair game because he injected himself into his wife’s campaign. Well guess what BO, Pickles has injected herself into your campaign. Just in case you have forgotten, here are a couple of her quotes to remind you:

“For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country and not just because Barack has done well, but because I think people are hungry for change.”
Sorry BO, piss and moan all you want, Pickles is fair game!
As if NObamas re-positioning on media attacks of candidates spouses is not insulting enough, he went on to say the attacks were quote “ironic” because:
she was “the most quintessentially American woman I know.”
WTF? Michelle “Pickles” Obama is the most “the most quintessentially American woman I know.”??? Either Barry is smoking dope again or he needs to get out more. I wonder how a woman working on the packaging line at the Bay Valley Foods pickle plant would feel about this statement? Maybe Barry needs to ask the women working there if they think that the $122,000 in cash and stock that Pickles earned for showing up to a few TreeHouse Foods (parent company of Bay Valley Foods) board meetings, while they were making $10/hour, makes her one of the girls. While he is at it, maybe he should find how they spent their $600 stimulus check. Was it on earrings or Chicago designer Maria Pinto’s elegant, luxurious dresses? I wonder how many times Pickles and BO had the girls over for dinner with Oprah at the Kenwood mansion? Comments like this show just how out of touch BO really is with everyday Americans!
